Unable to Search Terminated Employees

Hi All - Hope everyone is having a good week so far. 

I am unable to search for a Terminated Employee in Employment Infor or Termination Responsive Page under Advanced Search. I am able to view other Terminated Employees but not the one I terminated. I am able to search this Employee in Person Management as well. 

I tried terminating the employee both through Person Management and through Responsive Pages. I have also checked the dates (not future dated), termination action/action reasons they all look fine. 

To me it looks like Security Issue but don't know what is missing. Has anyone faced this issue earlier. Please let me know in case of any leads.
