Is it possible to set Flexfield on Worker Unions Configure Page?

Hello all,

I couldn't find anything so far about the matter.
Does the Configuration page for "Worker Unions" (AKA SYNDiCATES) has any way to allow FLEXFIELDS?

Setup and Maintenance -> Search -> Manage Worker Unions

I've tried to configure it by page composer, and had no success, found nothing about it on Design Studio, and wasn't able to find any FF with description that would give me the idea of syndicate.
Can anyone help?

If not I might raise an idea on the matter since it is a gigantc improvement, to allow
