We use the Single Assignment employment model but for exceptions we want to add an additional assignment, which we can do by using Add Assignment action as Temporary or Permanent change but also needed to record the percentage of time split on each assignment. For example primary assignment is 60%, additional assignment is 40% so we can send this detail to payroll and use for reporting. Does anyone have experience of capturing this without using the Multiple Assignment employment model?
