Current Jobs for internal employee - Way to find out if the job is only for referral or for IJP

Hi All,

Is there a way or filter in current jobs to find out if the job is for IJP or employee referral? Currently as all external posted jobs also available for internal candidates for employee referral- it is confusing for them to understand if the job is for IJP or ER.

Any ideas?
