Create a "My Current Learning" page with all assigned Specializations

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a new page in Learner Self Service area, showing all Specializations assigned to him or her, and by which the learner could access all Courses available in that Specialization. I managed creating a clone of My Current Learning page, but I don't know how to default filters to show that specific Learning Item Type.

Can you help me?
