Manage instructors

Hello,

 

Any suggestions regarding how to manage instructors in the sys?

in particular: is it possible to "hire" them as non-worker and then map them as instructor in learning tab?

So they will have credentials and will be able to enter in the sys and just be able to view / modify the courses where they are mapped as instrcutors. Correct?

any other functionality available?
