Hello guys,
Here is our business problem:
Some of our contractual workers are converted into permanent workers at a later date. We need to identify the date on which it happens. Unfortunately, it seems like Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time tracks changes for Department, Job, Grade etc... but not Worker Category.
In the example attached, the assignment changed from contractual to permanent on 01/09/2020 but the report displays permanent since the start of the assignment. The grade is correctly displayed (from No Grade to Business Professional.)
