Hello!

I'm using workforce Trends and have been very impressed how it calculates turnover for me along with a Headcount at the Start or end of a period of time. It works great for Quarter, Months Years etc.

I have a requirement to try and calculate our custom turnover formula every month for rolling 12 month periods or YTD turnover. This would require the delivered Period Start Headcount, Period End Headcount and Terminations Headcount columns to consider moving targets (12 months prior or as of the start of the year) with moving end dates (Ending each month).
