Facilitator name in Activity does not update when changing Faciliator name in Offering

When Changing the Facilitator name for the offering does not automatically change the facilitators name in Activity.

There are circumstances when the Primary Facilitators might have to be changed after the offering is created (i.e facilittor is ill).  When the Primary Facilitator is initially added to the Offering using the Primary Instructor dropdown the same name is automatically added to the Instructors section in Activity.

However, later if you go and change the Primary Instructor with a new name, that same name is NOT automatically updated in the Instructor section of Activity.

Is this correct?
