Summary

without HR Analyst, HR manager or HR Specialist roles & with limited & read only access to system, how can I give access to BI reporting?

one of our team members in HR has limited access to system which mean read only assignment/compensation data only.  He does not have any HR specialist, HR manager or HR Analyst roles but we still have to give him access to BI reporting so he can run any report.  is there any delivered role that can satisfy this requirement? I tried assigning BI Admin report but it still does not give access to BI report.  Any suggestion/Help would be highly appreciated.
