Doing Personalization in My Client Groups is impacting on ESS

Hi Expert,

When we are doing personalization on personal details, contact info, and family and emergency contacts, etc in my client then the same personalization is also impacting on ESS as well. It's behaving like a shared component. We only want personalization in my client groups not on ESS pages.

Please advise if anyone faced the same issue.
