Is it possible to display Legal Disclaimer to Internal Candidates just like we do for external candidates

Currently we can only Legal Disclaimer to external candidates before they start applying for a Job.Is there any workaround to do the same for internal candidates.Right now we can only enable E-signature for internal candidates. Does anyone have any thoughts if we can display Legal Disclaimer or some sort of Privacy notice before they start applying for a Job.
