Error while Converting Pending Worker to Employee

hi Team  -  I am getting an error while converting a pending worker to Employee after I add the Payroll relationship. 

The Hire Date is as of Today. 

The administration period end date must be within 90 days from the administration period start date. (HRX-1561534)

I am getting this error to only 1 employee. I tried to replicate the same scenerio for another employee didnt get any error. 

Does anyone know how to resolve this.
