Hi Team,

I am trying to load UDT values using HDL and I am using attached sample HDL template for your reference. I am able to load UDT definition, columns, and rows using this template but ColumnInstanceValues do not load and it shows below error message.  If I populate LegislativeDataGroupName attribute then UDT, columns, rows and columnInstance values are loaded successfully. I do not want to populate LegislativeDataGroupName to create a UDT and not sure why Column instance values is giving error.

Appreciate your inputs regarding this and let me know how to resolve this issue.
