OTBI - analysis runs perfectly until I try to add in Manager Name and Person Number from Manager (in Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time)

Building a regulatory report which uses FCA data from fields that I believe are 'flex fields' (I'm new to this so excuse any inaccuracies!) The report works absolutely fine until I add in Manager Name and Person Number from the Manager folder then I get this big error message....(If I remove all the FCA data it allows me to run it with Manager data just fine):
