Agents unable to log in when SSO is enabledContent
Hello,
When agents receive the notification to refer a candidate, they select the link in the correspondence, they try to enter the credentials but always get the message that the credentials added are wrong, even though we have checked them multiple times. Could it be that agents are not able to access when SSO is enabled? Shouldn't they be able to access the system by accessing the link in the notification and using their credentials?
