I want to hide the EIT info at person level for the countries

Hello,

I hid the Extra Info Types at Workforce structures level using page composer but, when trying to hide the info at Person level --> publish the sandbox --> re-access the extra info page 

I get the result just like the below screenshot, the India context isn't being removed,

Any help would be appreciated,
