Hi Everyone, 

With our go-live, we are implementing requisition templates in templates over the coming months after go-live. As a result, we will start the project with no templates or very few and then add going forward. Our hiring managers and our recruiters are not aware of the compensation components of a requisition and today work with Compensation to get such components similar to what would be completed in a requisition template - salary range, level/grade, job title, etc. 

What are other companies doing with their hiring managers and recruiters who don't have the necessary compensation information to initiate a requisition?
