No contact info displayed for co-worker who is emergency contact

When an employee adds a co-worker as an emergency contact, no contact details are feeding through onto the employee’s record, only the co-worker’s name is displayed which means it’s of no use in an emergency situation. Is there a way of setting the system up so that this info can be displayed? Thanks.
