Need a template to map questionnaires to assessments and map it to offerings

Hi All,

We have around 100+ questionnaires and now need to create them as assessments in Oracle Learn. Do we have a HDL template or any other functionality to map questionnaires to assessments programmatically. 

This would save a lof of time by reducing manual work.
