We have four business units.  Each business unit has a Medical Department.  The Medical Department has a Medical Supervisor and those that report to that supervisor.

We are not aware of a seed job role in HCM for the Medical Supervisor or the direct reports.  Is there one?  If there is not, then what are others doing to allow a Medical Department access to HCM HR to a controlled population and view only and only view limited HR data. 

At this time, we do not allow Medical HCM access.  We aren't even able to give them a BI Reporting role since to do that seems it would open up HCM access to more than just BI.
