Hello, In recent discussion with Greg Clark, we were talking about the termination attachments/comments. 

With the old UI, you were able to add attachments and comments during the termination task. After approvals, they were visible on the Work Relationship > View Termination page. That is where our HRs go to look for documents when working on an unemployment claim. 

When we switched to the new RUI last summer, that comments/attachments section went away and when those are added to the termination they stay with the transaction vs the WR page. We are manually moving these to the Document Records page now from the Transaction Console, so the HRs are able to view them since they don't save on the Termination page like they used to.
