Looking for the URL to the offer, advanced eoffer process

When we extend our eoffer, we include a link to the offer, in the notification email sent to the candidate.  This has stopped working for us suddenly - not sure why.

Does anyone know what the URL is, to directly access the offer?

We have an advanced eoffer process set up, so it's facilitated via the Onboarding.
