Questions on Global Access Group

How does the setting impact on courses that learner has already completed and incosistency with OTBI count vs Viewers count in the Global Access Group

Hi All,

We are building Global Access Groups and mapping them ONLY to courses and specializations. I have few questions and would appreciate if you could provide/confirm - 

Global Access Group - This identifies learners using an OTBI analysis (based on multiple filter combinations) and have set them as NO ACCESS –

1. When applied to a brand-new course – Learners from the access group WONT be able to search and enroll

2. What happens when I apply this access group to an existing course that learner has completed previous in the application
