Approval Rule for HR Representative-->Manage Direct Reports-->Auto Approved

Hello Team ,

I have a requirement of Approval

When Line Manager Performs-->Direct Reports Task-->it should go to HR Rep.

When HR Representative performs-->Direct Reports Task-->it should get Auto Approved.

Kindly help in providing the approval process design.
