Department Hierarchy

Hi all - I have a great report that we use for Department Hierarchy through OTBI, but we need this report through BIP.  We have users that will pull this data themselves (through self-service) but they do not have security to view the OTBI report, and we know we can build this report through BIP while bypassing/ignoring the Fusion security.  However, we are unable to find a report that shows a hierarchy, does anything exist or any recommendations on how to build one?

Attached is the report (XML) we use through OTBI, hoping to swap/share with BIP!
