RFT with 82 column but word has limit of 63 columns

I need to develop a report with these 4 requirements:

-column number 82

-Output format XLSX,

-2 header rows

-specific sheet name  in the Excel

with RFT template I can meet requirements 2,3 and 4 but not 1 because MS Word has limit of 63 columns. How to solve it?
