Eligibility profile based on manager type assigned to employees in person management

Dear Experts,

We are looking for a solution in which we need to create eligibility profiles based on the manager types,

for example, if an employee has a Line manager attached to them in Person management they are eligible for certain requirements, if they have a function manager type attached to them, they are eligible for a certain another set of tasks. 

Any help is appreciated.
