I am quite new to the use of Action links and I was wondering if somebody meight be able to help?

Hi,

I am currently trying to understand the new "Service Request Lifecycle Analysis" dashboard and the solution provided by Oracle seems to be very good and can be of use for my client however as I am not that experienced with Action links i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how i would re-link the content and how does the link understand what report to get. Is there something I need to do in the particular analysis so the action links works?
