Subject areas not displaying the correct Hire Date

Enterprise Hire Date is displaying when the employee first started with company - not his latest start date

I am using two subject areas 

Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time and Workforce Management - Person Real Time

I need to include the Enterprise Hire Date but after comparing to another report that was written using SQL, I found that my rehires are displaying the incorrect start date.

I want to display the date that they have restarted with the company not the their beginning start date

Is there a field in one of these subject areas that I should be using instead.
