Hello - I am curious if other customers have observed this and what you have done to work around it.

When an employee updates their Ethnicity via Self Service (About Me > Personal Information), the canned alert that gets sent will show... Deleted Ethnicity ABC when the employee actually ticked the ABC checkbox and show New Ethnicity DEF when the employee actually unchecked the DEF checkbox.  Clearly this is opposite and not ideal for a topic as sensitive as race.

We did log SR 3-24325595911 which acknowledged

BUG 31091993 - ETHNICITY NOTIFICATION SHOWING DELETED INSTEAD OF ADDED
