Primary Ethnicity is not the only one returned

In Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time, there is a "Person Ethnicity" in the Worker Folder.

When we include this field in an Analysis, the results should be specific to the Primary Ethnicity, but all records are being returned, even if one is declared Primary and the others are not.

 

If we want to include Ethnicity in an analysis, we are getting a number of duplicates because of this issue.  Is there a way we could avoid this?
