HI Team
We have a requirement to assign the checklist task to Area of Responsibility (AOR) based on candidate Legal Entity. We have two onboarding coordinators (India and US) and respective AOR's assigned to them.
Currently onboarding checklist will be initiated with Move to HR action. (Candidate moving from ORC to pending worker)
As per the requirement if candidate joining the India LE onboarding checklist tasks should be assigned to India Onboarding coordinator and similarly if candidate is joining US LE, onboarding checklist tasks should be assigned to US Onboarding coordinator.
