Is there a diagnostic report or other tool that will show Reports & Analyses that haven't been run in 6 months

Good afternoon.

We are auditing our HCM BIP reports and OTBI Analyses and would like to archive those that haven't been run in 6 months.

Does anyone know of a diagnostic report or other tool inside HCM Cloud that we can leverage to get this data?

The ideal would be to get the report/analysis name, folder location and date last run (should consider all reports/analyses whether run ad hoc or on a schedule).
