Not able to change the manager while creating a work relationship

Hi Expert,

Today, when we were creating a working relationship and at the same time myself assigned as a line manager as well but we are getting some error "You can't add manager Khair, Afghanul on 12/11/20 12:00 AM because it causes a hierarchy loop. Select a different manager or remove the loop to continue. (PER-1531904)"
