Person security profile

I have created a person security profile for the human ressource coordinator (customize role). I want this this person security profile allow access to all people except own but it doesnt work.

I have created a person security profile for the human ressource coordinator (customize role). I want this this person security profile allow access to all people except own but it doesnt work. 

The problem is that the profile works at the level that the coordinator cannot see his own file but he does not see the retirees and he must see them.

I've secured by system type but I dont know if its ok.
