Hi All,

         I need some expert advice. We are in the process of running a third-party tax filing extract and we ran a test file and our vendor mentioned that there is no W2 data in that file. I have following below questions

1. How to configure data for it to appear on Box 12 of W2: In the guide, it is briefly mentioned that we need to create a balance definition and feed it with the existing elements. How can we decide which elements are needed to be fed?

2. We need to know if there is a mapping guide that tells us what else needs to be done so that the extract generates correct W2 box 12 items.
