20D - Terminations Are Showing as In Progress though they are Approved

Hi We observed that Termination that are submitted are showing as In Progress through they are Approved.

There is no error message seen nor the Withdraw option in Transaction console, But the employee is seen Active in Person Management and Edit button is disabled.

Any idea what could be the reason?
