Candidates receive an error in Social Souricng when applying for a role

Candidate receive an error when completing email on Social Sourcing before transferring to TEE career siteContent
This was happening on all platforms desktop and mobile.
Oracle support could not replicate this.
After reading the config manual again and switching off the below settting solved the issue.
Configuration>Jobs>Apply>Allow employees to sign up for job alerts With this setting off all users who have not been able to apply can now apply through to TEE.
Wanted to share in case anyone else having the same problem. Have a great weekend
