Who hasnt submitted a Timecard

Hi all

We have been live with HCM for a year and i have been tasked with providing a report that shows who has not submitted a time card.

The seeded reports dont give me the right info and when i try to build one using the # of Time Cards Entered it takes hours to run. apparently this is because i havent 'tuned' the report although with only 3 fields in it i am not sure what tuning i need to but hey ho.

Does anyone have a suitable report that they could share please? I am getting desperate.
