Creating a Requisition with Use “Position” > selected a current position that has the current incumbent in the position.  Position has “overlap enabled” selected so recruitment can be made on the position.

In basic info section - have a check in “Display in Organization Chart”

In hiring team section – selected “Hiring Manager”

 

Requisition is posted but not showing in the organization chart.
