Custom Dashboard Headcount

Hi,

I have created custom Dashboard and created 3 different Headcount Analysis for 3 BU head count. 

When I run my dashboard first time it shows correct count for all 3 BU's but when I navigate to other Tab & comeback to  Headcount tab Head Count of all three BU are same which is Sum of all 3 BU's head count.

Can someone help why it's happening?
