OTBI report to get former and current job title, job code, department, business area for internal hi

Summary

I would like to create a report that can be run by work relationship start date which will provide information on an internal transfer candidate who moves from one opportunity to a new one.

I was wondering can I do it using Subject areas in OTBI ? or do I need to create a BI published report.
