I can't remove grade from Position, I get this Error "You must remove from Entry grade to delete it"

Cannot remove Grade do to Error. where and how do I update entry grade? "You must remove from Entry grade to delete it"

I cant seems to delete (Change grade in Position) do to the following error:

"You must remove from Entry grade to delete it"

can you tell me where and how do I update entry grade?
