I have created a course with a learning outcome of Content Item = Skill and a specific skill called 'Basic Line Work' has been created.

The learner has enrolled on the offering and completed the learning and I can see on their Career and Performance record that the Skill is now showing on their talent profile - all good so far :-)

However, if I go to View Transcript > Learning Record for the enrolment > Skills and Qualifications, instead of seeing the specific skill. I am actually seeing the Section 'Skills' and the words 'Not Achieved'.
