Tile in Fusion for Managers to directly take them to their Manager Reports

We are trying to figure out if it is possible to create a tile in Fusion for anyone with a Manager role to have a tile to take them to our Manager Reports folder. 

Example when a manager logs in on their homepage there would be a tile named Manager reports then once clicked on it would bring them to the folder location for the manager reports. Making it easier for our Managers/Senior Leadership to get access to reporting data.
