Due to the removal of the workforce structures area of the person security profile, we are looking to reference an organization security profile in order to limit what a user can search via their person security profile by way of the custom criteria option.

We are currently trying to use the following custom criteria code but it is not working as expected and is not referencing or limiting the person searches based on the organization security profile. The goal of the custom criteria is to reference the Organization Security Profile and it's restrictions (using a department tree and an organization exclusion list). Our organization security profile is named "Top of Tree w/o HR".
