Is there a way to get more than 20 attributes for a PO Header?

Customer uses a lot of DFFs on their Purchase Order Headers to track data such as the legacy system the PO came from and which Legal Entity is using the PO.

There is talk of adding in additional DFFs. 

From what I can tell, it looks like there are 20 DFFs that we can add (up to ATTRIBUTE20).

Question 1: Is 20 the maximum amount of Purchase Order Header DFFs that we can add in?

Question 2: If so, is there a way to request additional attributes to an environment? Perhaps from CloudOps?
