Hello,

I need to pull a report on a weekly basis if any employee got their Manager, job title and Location changed. Has anyone created such a report? 

  1. It should have a date prompt so that I can pull one week's worth of data. 
  2. It should look for ONLY the 3 fields - Manager, Location name and a Custom job title field. Should not include anyone who did not have these 3 fields chaged. 
  3. It should show the effective date of the change and the action that used.
