Action Link Layout

Hello experts.

I'm trying to use action link. but I'm also unable to edit the layout.
I'd like to make it like  abutton, not a single stream of text as default.

Another user send me this (image) that is by default in the environmnt. 
Any idea how do i set my action links to have a layout like this?
